I had a pretty good stay at this hotel, which is located just across from the EastGate shopping mall, making it super convenient for shopping and other amenities. The rooms were neat and clean, but they definitely need some updates. The service from the staff was friendly, though they could use some training in customer service. The hotel has a great location, right across from Eastgate Shopping Centre and close to the airport. The rooms, while spacious, were in need of some repairs, which was a bit disappointing. I had a pleasant stay at this hotel, thanks to its spacious rooms and convenient location near Eastgate shopping center. The secure parking was definitely a plus. However, the service left something to be desired, especially when it came to addressing our concerns. While the dining options were decent, the prices felt a bit high considering the quality. Overall, it offers good value for money, but there are areas that could use improvement.
